Gorgeous Studio , Amazing View. Highly recommend Sol Pilates , their instructors are the abosulte best and are focused on correcting your form & posture no matter how many people are in the class, everyone gets individuel attention . so you can improve safely.
This is by far the best fitness centre for ladies I've ever been to, in Dubai. I started as a beginner in Pilates, Aerial, yoga and their other classes and have progressed quite easily from there. All the instructors have exquisite instructing and training skills; they all take care of you and pay attention to each and every person attending the class to make sure you're getting it right and targeting the correct muscle groups. And when you walk in, it feels like you're walking into a spa. 10/10 score for everything from staff to cleanliness, to atmosphere.
