Chef Gabriela Chamorro, popularly known as ‘Girl & The Goose’, will be plating up delicious Nicaraguan eats for everyone to enjoy at Fairmont The Palm’s beachside Mediterranean spot Seagrill Bistro from 5-9 June. During the first three days, diners can sample healthy recipes from the chef’s native land, presented with stories from her extensive travels.
On the final night, make your way through an intimate South American tasting menu influenced by Chamorro’s heritage and culture but with a modern twist, priced at AED395 per person. Highlights include passion fruit and jalapeno-flavoured seabass ceviche, spicy tuna tostada with avocado and chicken pibil dumplings with chimichurri sauce.

From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed with wonderful service and helpful staff. The hotel offers a plethora of activities to keep both kids and adults entertained. It’s truly kids-friendly, making it an ideal choice for families. Although there are some fabulous luxury options in Dubai that are quieter, this one is my top recommendation for families with kids. Having stayed at many luxury hotels around the world, I can confidently say that Palm Dubai Hotel sits higher in my rankings than Marina Bay Sands in Singapore. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience top-notch luxury and impeccable service!

5 months agoAmazing place. It’s unbelievable how they created this artificial island on the sea water. You will not feel it now as you can feel it as mainland now. Most of the residents are non-Muslims here. Foreigners are located here mostly. They have given strong protections all side. That create a problem of getting direct touch of the sea.

3 months agoOne of the most iconic places in Dubai is Palm Jumeirah. With buzzing West Beach with all beach bars and restaurants and East Beach more quiet with Riva Beach Club and Vista Mare with many different restaurants for families overlooking the sea. Then there is the Atlantis hotel with an incredible water park with fast slides and beautiful aquarium with thousands of fish and the Metro line giving a beautiful view. Lastly I would recommend to visit the Nakheel tower and have an amazing view from the top floor.

4 months agoYou can leave dubai, but dubai won't leave you ever. It's so so wonderful. Beautiful and breathtaking views everywhere all the corners of the city. Other countries who are capable and still not doing anything must learn from dubai how to build things and maintain them keep them intact clean and organised !!! Book tickets from klook or headout. Use monorail to reach atlantis. And use dubai tram to reach palm Jumeirah. Lovely views
