    That was a fantastic customer service experience from a local bank in UAE, DIB Solution Hub. On time processing, Bank have 2 side access and seperated activities. Very pleasent behaving from staff. Neat and hygiene atmosphere. Proper seating arrangements. Enough representatives to handle customers. By increasing documentation/ supporting clercks for the representatives, can reduce the work load and they can handle more customers in minimal time. During second visit at other side from the main entrance, for teller service, seems a delay that, 8am bank time starts, and customer token issued still tellers being preparing themselves for a 15mnts. (Use finger nails on token machine to select services). Visited the main area of the bank with teller services. Very neat and clean place. For loan settlement, waiting time is more than two hours because only one staff member is working for the same. Wondering that in this latest technology time , they are still handling paper works and that kills time. Suggesting bank should give a sleeping and wash room facility for long-term waiting customers. Appreciate Managers freequent visit to customers but no actions for waiting.

    Customer service is poor. They made us wait for 2 to3 hrs and the token number series given was not called. At least 10 people where having this issue and this was raised to the bank manager who said nothing can be done as this is system generated.This is not the first time this happened but has happened in the past. I would suggest some other branch for doing the procedure.

    Went on a Tuesday for a clearance certificate letter, was there at 8 am, and there was already a line of around 8 people. For any liability related letters, need to go to the solution hub. The entrance to it is on the side, there are directions to it put on the wall. It took 45 min for my number to be called and around 10 min to process the request. The letter needs to be picked up from the same branch 4 to 7 working days later. Staff that handled my request was very efficient and professional. Explained the process clearly. Update: The letter was ready on Thursday, 2 days later. I went at 11:30am, to pick it up, the parking was full but I didn't wait much before I found a spot.

    The worst customer service ever! I came to this branch (the online/ on call customer service didn’t get back to me despite me calling them couple of times to follow up), where they took my details and told me that someone will get back to me. I received the call from the loan officer and started the process with him where I submitted all the documents and bank statements, which didn’t take much time. And after this the fun part started. Just to let you know, I have been working for the same company for four years and have an impeccable financial record with no pending debts. Despite my loyal patronage and strong financial standing, I have faced numerous challenges while attempting to secure a personal loan through the DIB. Firstly, I must bring to your attention the lack of follow-up from your bank personnel. After submitting my loan application, there has been no proactive communication from your end to update me on the progress or any additional requirements. My attempts to reach out and seek information have gone unanswered, leading to frustration and uncertainty. Furthermore, the extended processing time has been concerning. As a responsible borrower, I understand the importance of a thorough evaluation of loan applications, but the delay has caused unnecessary stress and inconvenience. I believe that customers deserve transparency and timely responses throughout the loan application process. Do not approach them if you value your time!

    Worst experience. Slowest. Staff seem like uninterested droids. No energy. They don't even try to make it pleasant. Waited 2 hours for the token to move 2 spots. Finally I gave up and left. Had 23 tokens before me.
