3 weeks agoI wouldn't even rate them a star, this is the most horrible insurance company there ever existed in the UAE!! My car after an accident was left at the garage (Smart Auto care in Sharjah, that they recommended) for two months!!! They suspected foul play and hired a third party company to investigate without even notifying me , causing more delays!! They never update you with anything, i had to call them everyday for updates!! it took them two weeks to approve the claim!! , they even blocked my number from reaching them directly. I had to call from another number. Their claims department are useless (their officer and so called manager both arabs) !! giving you fake promises. After all this ,i received my car with poor quality of paint, my fuel gauge not working, my car horn not working!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM if you don't want your life to be miserable and a living hell!!

a month agoI’m facing a very bad experience during my car insurance renewal, the customer care is not responsive and then they tripled the price of the renewal with no valid reason. I don’t recommend!
