I had the pleasure of dining at Al Muntaha in the iconic Burj Al Arab in Dubai, and it was an extraordinary experience from start to finish. The restaurant boasts an impeccable selection of champagne and wine, which perfectly complemented the exquisite cuisine.
The food at Al Muntaha is nothing short of extraordinary. Each dish is a masterpiece, expertly crafted to tantalize the taste buds and leave a lasting impression. From appetizers to desserts, every bite was a culinary delight. The chocolate dessert, in particular, was a standout, a symphony of flavors that satisfied even the most discerning sweet tooth.
What truly sets Al Muntaha apart is its exceptional service. The staff are not only knowledgeable and attentive but also create a warm and inviting atmosphere that makes you feel like royalty. Their dedication to ensuring an unforgettable dining experience is commendable.
It's no surprise that Al Muntaha has been awarded a well-deserved one star in the Michelin Guide, a testament to its commitment to culinary excellence and impeccable service.
And of course, the restaurant's location provides a stunning backdrop for the entire experience. The breathtaking view from the Burj Al Arab is unlike any other, offering a picturesque panorama of Dubai's skyline and the Arabian Gulf, making it a feast for the eyes as well.
Al Muntaha is the epitome of a world-class dining destination, where every aspect of the experience, from the champagne and wine selection to the extraordinary food and exceptional service, is simply impeccable. It's a place where you can create cherished memories and indulge in the finest culinary pleasures while being treated to a view that is nothing short of breathtaking.
We had our 40th anniversary dinner at the world renowned Al Muntaha Restaurant on the 27th floor of the iconic Burj Al Arab Hotel. Burj Al Arab Hotel is truly a most spectacular building with emacular architectural details starting at the driveway through the first floor, hallways, elevator, the bar and the restaurant. The majestically detailed artworks provide an ambiance that is unmatched.
The services wers excellent. The bar setting with the view of the city, the limited cocktail selections with extreme unique quality were impeccable. We had a window seating in the restaurant for our dinner and the view was breath taking. We ordered mostly french dishes and the authencity and taste were mediocre. We were disappointed with the food.
We ate at this reataurant for my husband’s birthday. We stayed at the Atlantis the Royal and the consierge recomended this restaurant for a great experience.
This was our first time in Dubai and first time at the Burj Al Arab
It is a one of a kind place and were very happy to have seen it.
The restaurant is located on the 27th floor in Burj Al Arab.
The athmosphere was somewhat severe. Upscale to the point of being to stiff and uncomfortable. We felt that everybody should relax a bit and allow the patrons to relax as well.
Even if we asked for a table with the view when making the rezervation, our first table didn’t have a view. We were moved when one was vacated and then we got the view. And what a spectacular view!
The food that we order was very delicious. But the tid bits that they were bringing by on the house not that much. Is like they were experiencing on us what works and what doesn’t work.
At the end at least, when we got the staff that was waiting on us to relax the athmosphere changed to the better. People started to smile a bit and was better.
We had a good experience overall but we don’t feel we would chose this type of setting in the future to celebrate a birthday!
I went there for solo dinner but the service staff didn’t make me feel out of place. The food was superb, the spread was good and they have been very accommodating towards my requests.
Every time I come to Dubai, Al Muntaha was a must-eat dinner, the view is splendid, the service is courteous and impeccable, the cuisine was exceptionally magical. This time I was surprised to learn that the Chef had changed, for me it was not good news, even though I was informed that, with him, they had won a Michelin star. Unfortunately, the kitchen has lost much of its magic. I ordered the tasting menu. Nothing was bad, but it wasn't exceptional either. It lacked boldness, lacked color, lacked texture contrast, lacked flavor. I was sorry, as I had spoken wonderful things to my guests. The experience is still worth it, but it is no longer unmissable.
