Chef Gabriela Chamorro, popularly known as ‘Girl & The Goose’, will be plating up delicious Nicaraguan eats for everyone to enjoy at Fairmont The Palm’s beachside Mediterranean spot Seagrill Bistro from 5-9 June. During the first three days, diners can sample healthy recipes from the chef’s native land, presented with stories from her extensive travels.
On the final night, make your way through an intimate South American tasting menu influenced by Chamorro’s heritage and culture but with a modern twist, priced at AED395 per person. Highlights include passion fruit and jalapeno-flavoured seabass ceviche, spicy tuna tostada with avocado and chicken pibil dumplings with chimichurri sauce.
