We absolutely loved our visit to Wild Wadi today! Although it is one of the oldest water parks in Dubai, the whole site, rides and facilities are kept in great condition. Staff is very helpful and friendly. Options for F&B are quite basic, but service is fast and the food tastes good. Queue management at the entrance could be better. There is no segregation between those visitors who already purchased tickets online and those who pay at the counter; everybody has to queue together (because you have to get your bracelets anyway). Minus one star for that; we waited quite long, but I hope Wild Wadi will consider a dedicated line for online tickets and then it's a five star rating for sure! :)

I was actually at this location to take pictures of the 7-star hotel. It was quite the sight to see. The building was beautiful. It was unfortunate that I was unable to get closer, but the fact that I was close enough to take pictures was good enough. Maybe on a return trip to Dubai, I'll be able to stay at this hotel at least one time. I heard it is quite expensive! Nevertheless I expect to stay here one day.

Not sure if this review will make a difference but I’m going to post it anyway! This place is just perfect for kids, couples, families or if you’re going alone. The water slides are perfect and enjoyable. I went to Atlantis waterpark last year and I really did not like that place. It was extremely big and you have to wait forever to get on at the waterslides. I visited this water park in May 2024 not sure because of the season it was quiet, but we found this place just perfect. We did not have to wait long for the rides and we were able to go on the same waterslides a number of times. The only thing I would highlight is the food here is quite expensive, but I am guessing that is normal in these tourist attractions not a concern.

I returned to Wild Wadi Waterpark Jumeirah after more than a decade was a nostalgic and exciting experience, especially with my son by my side. Opting for the all-you-can-eat ticket was a fantastic choice, as it allowed us to indulge in delicious meals every thirty minutes while opting for water cups instead of soft drinks—a thoughtful and healthy option. One interesting fact about the park is that it offers stunning views of the iconic Burj Al Arab, adding an extra element of beauty to the exhilarating water rides and attractions. The park is meticulously maintained and clean, reflecting its commitment to providing a top-notch experience for visitors. The staff at Wild Wadi are not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, ensuring that every guest feels welcome and well taken care of. With a wide range of rides and attractions suitable for all ages, from thrilling slides to relaxing lazy rivers, there's something for everyone to enjoy. Going on weekdays, such as Wednesday, can significantly enhance your experience at Wild Wadi Waterpark Jumeirah, as it tends to be less crowded, allowing for shorter queues and more time to enjoy the rides and attractions. Overall, Wild Wadi Waterpark Jumeirah exceeded my expectations and provided an unforgettable day of family fun. It's a must-visit destination for anyone seeking a thrilling and memorable water park experience in Dubai.

Overall a great place in the heart of Jumeirah to spend a fun family day. They are a no frills resort and basically a take it or leave it attitude. Great rides for all day fun. Friendly staff at rides and life guards. Food service is terrible. Took 30-40 minutes to order water bottle for aed 13 !! Ordered food sepertely and spent another 30 minutes in queue. Wait for 3 ice-creams was another 45 minutes so be prepared. Food quality does not match the prices charged. Customer service at restaurant is below average. They offer wrist bands which can be topped up with cash which is very convenient...if it works ! Many customers waited in line for over 45 minutes to find out their band had inadequate money as the system was down and they had to resolve it themselves with no customer support. It was a waste of a good hour to get it sorted and ended up using credit card. I have been going there for past 25 years but service was way better in the early 2000s - now it's too commercial. Overall good fun day out for family.
