Hi everyone! We have recently moved to the building and found out that humidity indoors reaches 80% in November! This happens as soon as we switch the AC On. Humidity outdoors is 62% so obviously it doesn’t come from the outside. We called out many AC companies for inspection but all of them are selling the AC cleaning instead of finding the root of an issue. After AC cleaning nothing has changed for our neighbors. If anyone from the building experience the same let’s connect to do something about it. I’ve heard from the neighbor that their ceiling fell off in summer times and clothes got molded. I really don’t know what to do as Maintanance of building is only in common areas but not apartments.

No.9 by 'Select Groups.' Top notch residential building, living space is huge! Great for large sized families. It's right beside Marina walk, just 1minute close. There's carrefour market beside it. It deserves five star.
Select group did a fantastic job with this tower. The apartments are spacious and very well finished. The building management is very good and cooperative. The amenities are epic with an infinity pool on the marina and with a gym with state of the art equipment.
Say goodbye to your sleep if you take any apartment in this building facing the mosque side.
The mosque is incredibly loud, sometimes even more than 90 decibels !
You will be woken up every single day at 4am and it will last 15-20 minutes.
