    Reaching this location from sharaf dg metro station is very complicated especially when you are trying to ask people around and they keep tossing you up and down. From the metro station or public areas where people can see and read, more signages should be installed. I've been walking for the past 1 hour searching for this location today and people around keep tossing me.

    Took a lot of time reaching this place and to find a parking. The working hours as stated on google is till 2 PM and I reached there at dot 1 PM. I had to change a torn note and the security said the service is only until 1 PM and asked me to come tomorrow. They didn’t even consider as I had only one note to be changed.

    Central bank portal is very complicated and no transparency in submitting insurance complain, my complain closed without resolving , when i called call centre have no clue but sent me email of how to go to website instead! Insurance institute requires strong body to regulate fair compensation. In addition central bank insurance Portal requires extensive upgrade as repeatedly requires same information to be filled in various blank, these details required could be picked up from the vehicle registration number instead. Alot to be done on the website and well professionally handle cases. In short dont waste your time for any complain try to resolve through other means

    The Central bank is willing to listen and very helpful. The Central bank portal is an excellent means to communicate to the bank as a customer where they won’t pay heed to your problems sometimes, the Central bank helps you to get a confirmed response as occasionally banks shirk the customer between the call centre agents, collection department and the branch managers with no proper reply or action. I’ve used the portal twice for my bank issues and never encountered difficulty in registering or illustrating the situation. Besides you can also mention what do you want the bank to support you with. I’m truly grateful to Central bank for escalating my conditions and making sure the bank understands of what I’m struggling with all integrity. They also give you a call to update you on the status of your complaint. Thank you again for all your hard work.

    It's unbelieve to increase a mortgage interest rate almost to 40%! I wouldn't suggest to anyone get a mortgage in UAE, as it's a pure scam. You make a contract with the bank, calculate everything like how much you would overpay in the end or calculate the monthly expenses and then suddenly just like this they decided to increase the % and make you pay 8000 per month instead of 6000! This is a huge difference! So be careful when you planning to buy a house here... at the end the reality might be completely different!
