So many good things. However reservation staff misled. I paid more for an upgrade and when I was offered an upgrade it was essentially a downgrade. It truly ruined the experience.
Some amazing staff but also some key concerns.
Building work was a bit noisy and a eye sore.
Breakfast staff amazing and so was room cleaners. Breakfast was great in
Choices.

Fantastic service and a great experience! Started right from check-in with Aigerim smoothly checking us in and Augustina escorting us till the room. Amazing.
We had an extra few hours so we spent the day at Wild Wadi, using the direct access from the hotel itself. Very smooth.
When we came back, the staff surprised us with a treat for a special occasion! Thanks to Jan and the hotel relations team!
Breakfast was a spectacular spread, and pools were amazing, with the attendees thoughtfully placing bottles of cold water near every sunbed.
No hotel is perfect but any improvement is minor at this point. Valet times could be better, checkout a little smoother, but really nothing major.
Fantastic hotel, amazingly kid and adult friendly. Will definitely be back.
This hotel was incredible from beginning to end. Everything was amazing! The rooms, the staff, the food, the facilities, the view, the waterpark that's included in your stay, everything. 2 things stood out for me as the best I have ever had though, namely:
The service and attitude of the staff. Every single staff member, without exception, made me feel welcome and as though it was a pleasure to see me and help me. The best service I have ever experienced.
Secondly, the breakfast buffet. Also the best I have ever experienced, and I have had a few. It's very difficult to get the balance right on a buffet between food being fresh and a long wait for food, but they have done it. The choice is incredible, and it is all delicious!
Another nice touch is the E butler, I had forgotten flip flops, and they sent a pair to my room. Very impressive.
We went for a day visit and were able to walk around the resort just parking our car at the valet. We toured the restaurant area and walked around the hotel as well. To get to the beach it was over $200 US dollars so since we already live near the beach we skipped that part. They're definitely charging for having an ocean view. I can find better deals inland. Even if I had plenty of money to spend at this hotel I would not do it just because for me it's not worth it to see the ocean.
I had an amazing 4-night stay at Jumeirah Beach Hotel. The room was fantastic, offering a stunning view that added to the overall experience. The breakfast was not only a great value but also provided a wide variety of options to choose from. The service I received was truly excellent, making me feel valued and well taken care of throughout my stay. I would highly recommend Jumeirah Beach Hotel for a luxurious and memorable getaway.
