The best experience I've ever had in my life just watching a movie! The reclined chairs was unbelievably comfortable, food was amazing and the hospitality of the staff is outstanding.

It is an immersive experience since you arrive and feel the luxury vibes with it's black walls, the seats are very comfortable but you must be prepared for the cold air conditioner. I love the experience ✨

Like the cinema, especially perfect service in cashier desk from Ahmed. He explained the difference between standard and platinum screen, told the description for the movie and very quickly and with smile served us. It is a pleasure to come cinema and receive positive emotions from service, especially when staff speaks on Russian language

Very nice cinema, I actually prefer Roxy to Reel. Nice comfortable seating, they seemed short staffed so this aspect could be improved but would visit again as I enjoyed the experience.

Such a wonderful experience in a very luxury affordable atmosphere When you try the platinum theatre you feel you are in a different level of service from red carpet to wide comfortable leather recliner seats with your own table for food and drinks to the clean packed blanket and a host taking you order and bringing the food to your seat A full menu of various dishes and variety of food beside your normal cinemas snack A nice club where you can set have a drink before or after the movie All this was great BUT Some staff could be a little more friendly, the sound system was good but not the best I have heard and the either it was because of the movie or the screen is too old which effected the picture that was blurry and felt like it is an 80s movie though it is a new one !!!! I liked the experience and recommend it 👍
