This low rise resort layout hotel is located 10mins away from the airport away from hustling bustling city. Top notch service was provided at every corner of my stay. Room and leisure facilities were well maintained. Tasteful restaurants and bars. Delightful walk around the premises. I enjoyed reading my book by the pool hearing birds singing above my head. Staff were attentive and friendly at all times.

As a guest speaker, my experience at this venue was quite positive. The hall was equipped with visible timers for speakers on stage, and the buffet offered delicious food. Although the venue is somewhat secluded, the event went smoothly, and I had a great overall experience.

Overall: a great hotel experience Pros: * Friendly staff * The most amazing food / all the restaurants were top tier * Clean rooms * Nice kid friendly pool / separate to the adults only pool * Amazing kids club & staff Cons: * We flew in at midnight with a child. The hotel mucked up our booking, claimed it was cancelled (Not true). We had prepaid for our entire hotel stay plus breakfast. They made us make a new booking, took ages at the reception desk, charging us a higher rate & requesting we seek a refund on our original booking. If it had not been so late at night checking in with a 3year old requiring a bed / sleep I would have walked out The next day the hotel admitted it was their fault & were not sure why the booking system messed up, The hotel layout is a chain of buildings which means long walks between pools, reception & restaurants.

I have never stayed in their hotel rooms but I have used their facilities. The gym, sauna, steam and pool were all amazing. They provide all your needs like towels, bathrobes and toiletries. Also all the staff were amazing especially in Amara. PS. Their hair dryer in the ladies bathroom is Dyson 🙌🏽

What a lovely resort this is. The staff are absolutely incredible they each go above and beyond to make everything about your stay second to none. From the moment you arrive to the second you leave they are the most attentive, friendly, efficient and welcoming people. I can't honestly fault a thing. We came here as part of a conference that my husband was attending and it was organised to perfection. The hotel itself is stunning and has some really great amenities. The pool area is a lovely tranquil space and again the staff are always on point, there wasn't a visit that I wasn't greeted with a smiling face asking me where I wanted to sit, providing me with towels and an ice bucket with water. The beach pool is a lovely setting just far too hot for my liking if you like to sun worship and you're over 18 this place is for you. It's adults only. I started there earlier on and moved to the shaded pool as the day got later. This hotel is very conveniently located for the airport, it's slightly far from most other main attractions but has a metro stop nearby which I found really easy to use or there are always taxis around, use uber or careem. All in all we had a very relaxing stay and enjoyed this hotel immensely.
