I worked in the 1st floor of this place for sometime. It's a horizontal mall type set up with some good quality offices, clinics and restaurants. Local expat populations are mainly from East European communities and lots of maids. The architecture was good in an old palatial style with chandeliers. Good security. Being just next to one of the biggest malls- Nakheel, it's difficult to be very successful as a standalone mall in that area.
Golden mile. Another mall that doesn't have much to offer only that it's on the palm 🌴. Not many exciting stores to see. During the cooler months nice to get out and walk the strip
Beautiful place to live, it has stores and restaurants, although a little more variety would be much better, it's a luxury area so do not expect cheap deals. There is a second-hand clothing store, I recommend going to.
