Jumeirah at Saadiyat Island Resort

I’ve been here with my family last week. This resort is a very good place to relax and just enjoy the good weather. The rooms are very well equipped with everything you need. Service is prompt and very professional. Special thanks to the manager Mr. Vlad who was very helpful with us, very nice and professional! 5* for him!! The beach is very beautiful with golden sand and cristal clear water! An absolutely delight to stay there! I recommend this resort with all my heart!

We were welcomed with most warming welcome & great hospitality. The best was they upgraded us to the best accommodation. Beautiful beaches and delicious food in the restaurant. Very well maintained and good teamed lovely staff. Thank you Jumeirah group for every time we visited you. We will definitely visit again.

We had an extraordinary experience during our recent stay at the Jumeirah Saadiyat hotel. From the moment we checked in, the staff went above and beyond to make it memorable. What truly touched our hearts was the special attention to detail on my birthday. The hotel staff surprised me with a complimentary gift. It's these small gestures that make a stay truly exceptional. The amenities were top-notch. The pool, the dining experience, the spa&gym were a sanctuary of relaxation. Not to forget the amazing beachfront location, truly breathtaking. If you're looking for a luxurious and unforgettable getaway, I highly recommend this hotel. I cant wait to return!!

This hotel was amazing. From the moment we entered the hotel we were given world class service by EVERY member of staff without exception. We were given a complimentary upgrade to an ocean view suite for our birthday. We were blown away with the size of the room and the decor. The facilities in the room were incredible. The beach and pool were amazing as well as the service provided. The food in Mare Mare was delicious. We have joined the Jumeirah One loyalty program so that we can enjoy the other hotels around the world. Thank you so much for an incredible stay. We are now looking for our next Jumeirah adventure!

Lovely hotel and our second time to book Christmas brunch there. Last year was really good brunch. However i think management of the hotel should look into how telephone operators are speaking to customers, not the most polite and friendly moods and also look into how promp is Restaurant Reservation team. To book bruch was very annoying this year back and forth emails, asking them multiple times to reply to email,thats very unprofessional. Last year things went smooth and this time around very poor communication
