Coca-cola arena structure-wise is aesthetically pleasing. Another impressive feature it offers is its multiple gates that caters to different ticket level or options. It definitely makes things easier and more organized as it’s also circular so the crown distribution is ideal.
I also like its interiors and perhaps the event team who handle the event itself should be credited for the kind of organization they executed really well.

Little tip- don’t park in arena parking. Park nearby parking places which are free and easy to get out once event is finished

Went to see Bryan Adams concert. Location wise is perfect,it is just a walking distance from the Metro station (Dubai Mall/Burj Khalifa). The toilet is clean and maintained. Snack stations are available, although it's kinda pricey (for me), and purchases are all cashless (credit/debit cards only). There's a charging station where you need to scan the QR code, and it will divert you to a certain portal. Pay through your credit/debit card, and the power bank with 3 different charger types will pop. The rental is cheap @ 5aed/hour plus 5mins free. I suggest that they should add side screens or maybe they have but wasn't used during the event. Elevators and escalators are available and wheelchairs too.
