2 weeks agoThe branch staff especially Local teller is very committed and helpful to the customers. But the branch is so tight,small and crowded. Hoping bank will provide more space and more staff in teller area to avoid waiting to much. .

a week agoOverall experience was good. Although I had few hiccups in the beginning in opening my bank account, however I would like to thank Mr. Nour for assisting me. He made the process swift and within few minutes my account was opened. 5 stars for him. Thank you.

The customer service is awesome as i reached there at the last moment and this pretty lady Tushara helped me in getting my statement in like no time. Because it took my hours 3 months back in Barsha branch to get my statement. Being a handicapped I would like to say a bog Thanks to Tushara for her quick customer services. Thank you NBD🙂

2 months agoThis is usually a very busy branch, sure, it’s Mall of the Emirates. Just come early enough. However, customer service team is very professional. Mariam was super helpful. She was very helpful, quick and easy to deal with. I finished my issue within minutes. I totally recommend the branch. Just be there early.
