The room is spacious and well furnished. However the room smelled weird. After two days I got used to this weird smell. When I went home my baggage and all the clothes inside got the same smell. Maybe it’s bad ventilation with the smell of ashes. I’m not sure. The expectations for this hotel were way higher maybe that’s why I gave it a not so great rating. I expected a five plus experience and got a four star or less services. The receptionists were not great with fake attitude. Their Egyptian head was nice though. The Russian receptionist was almost rude! The breakfast buffet has so many options but the quality of the patisserie is not top. The waiters are so nice and helpful. The pool is also nice and the daycare is a great solution for couples traveling with kids. Well I expected luxury and found and ok experience.

I had an incredible experience at Rixos Premium Dubai JBR. From the moment we arrived, the feeling of luxury and premium service was evident. The valet service for our car and the seamless handling of our luggage during check-in made us feel truly pampered. The staff at the hotel were not only friendly but also extremely accommodating. The amenities and restaurants were top-notch and impeccably clean, adding to the overall positive impression. The room and service were nothing short of exceptional, earning a solid 10/10 rating from me. Rixos Premium Dubai JBR made our stay memorable and truly luxurious.

I had the pleasure of staying at the Rixos Hotel JBR in Dubai and I must stay I had a truly amazing time. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted by the warm and welcoming Hayfaa. Despite the hotel being bustling with activity due to the COP, Hayfaa went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. She arranged for an early check-in, allowing to settle into my room after my long flight. She also took the time to provide valuable information about the hotel‘s amenities and services. Her commitment to my satisfaction were evident throughout my stay. The room itself was beautiful and the hotel staff exhibited a high level of professionalism. In conclusion, I would highly recommend staying at the Rixos for those seeking a memorable stay in Dubai.

We had a lovely stay at the Rixos premium. The service is very good (started before our stay when we had a question via e-mail we received a response within a few minutes, and also were feeling very welcomed and helped by Joyce during check-in and check-out). The location is perfect and they also have very good restaurants in house. We would like to come back again in the future.

Very nice hotel.. They have beach access, the pool and beach area are magnificent. Asil restaurant was so good and delicious, Godiva cafe in the middle of lobby where you can have a nice cup of coffee in the beautiful atmosphere. Special thanks to Mr. Ahmad Mustafa at the reception, he made our stay so special, he’s so polite and helpful. Thank you to all the staff.
