in the last weekThere was absolutely not one detail that was not anything but flawless. The hotel is rated best in the World, and they fully deserve this callout. The Staff are even better. Front Desk and Reservations were perfect. Concierge and Room Butler made a lifetime memory. Even the doorman made a point to meet and greet by my name. I cannot wait to go back. Words do not do this place and it's people justice.

2 weeks agoWe been there for a dinner and it was an outstanding buffet. Staff is really polite and helpful. Entrance of the hotel makes you feel exciting and definetly will love the atmosphere there. One of the best places to have an romantic dinner for sure. They have nice swimming pools, restaurants as well as a helipad on top of the hotel.

a week agoFor sure an amazing and high class location. Staff are very polite and professional. Very luxurious and clean rooms. Restaurants are amazing and have variety of foods. It’s always a pleasure to visit and enjoy the place. Highly recommended

in the last weekIt's an expensive hotel, but you get a very unique experience. Service was impeccable, suites were extremely clean and beautiful (clearly dated but well-maintained), views were incredible. Breakfast was fantastic. I highly recommend this hotel.

3 weeks agoIncredible piece of work. So beautiful and elegant. Staff amazing,especially the lady at reception. She was formal, kind and respectful. Love the strict attire rules. It's an elegant place, so you should dress the part. Deservingly a 7 start hotel!
