3 weeks agoFantastic, all around! The island is beautiful. The food and amenities are exceptional. There is a beautiful view of Dubai from the gym. The beaches are covered in sea shells, which is very fun (recommend water socks if you plan on swimming in the sea). It is isolated, quiet, beautiful, and all around incredible!

3 weeks agoThe most surreal experience of our life! The island is absolutely BEAUTIFUL!!! It really is the maldives of Dubai. And the service is impeccable. The staff go above and beyond and we felt like royalty! The food was delicious and the staff made sure they asked us again and again if we needed anything! Also one of the nicest coffees I’ve had!! They literally asked to clean our room every few hours and the cleaning staff always left a little surprise in the room for us with towel art! I have toddlers and they absolutely loved the kids club with very playful and attentive staff they played with them for hours and hours while we relaxed. I have stayed in lots of fancy hotels and this was 10/10. Absolutely recommend and cannot wait to go back!!!

a month agoOne of the best experiences I have had globally. The room was exquisite and the service impeccable. Hussein was so attentive and went out of his way to make sure my daughter had the best birthday weekend. We cannot wait for our next visit. Highly recommended. Thank you Hussein!

a week agoThe main issue was paid activities and services pre every service I have been asked to pay though payment was done online even though I been charged for items which must been included within the package ! The stuff was so warm welcoming but transportation wasn’t comfortable at all felt like using a service boat other thing was the cinema experience poor in terms of facilities due to rain had to watch the movie at a small meeting room food was average special the room service tried it twice and always serviced cold had to ask for warm up. The system issue was a nightmare had to show mail Receipt for every paid activity

in the last weekWe had great experience. It feet like we are in Maldives. Services was above and beyond. Aliia made sure we are well taken care off. Stuffs were gritting us always.
