All three instructors and the receptionist were not only highly professional but also friendly and welcoming. After just five sessions, my husband's daily headaches became a thing of the past. Maxine became our regular instructor, and the positive impact on our health has been truly astonishing. After six weeks of participating in twice-weekly sessions, my husband's chiropractor discharged him as a patient due to the substantial improvements in his neck and shoulders tightness. Maxine's approach not only targets problem areas but also integrates exercises tailored to our passion for cycling. Her guidance and wealth of knowledge have proved invaluable to us. We've noticed that even mundane daily activities have become more manageable as we've adopted better posture and muscle relaxation techniques. I’m visiting from the USA on holiday and frequently attend Pilates classes in NYC. This was one of the best classes I’ve been to. Marnie was excellent in ensuring I was positioned correctly and pushing myself to make the most of the hour. The equipment was state of the art and very clean. If you’re visiting Dubai for a trip and fancy a workout I would highly recommend this place.
Align Pilates feels like my 2nd home in Dubai. It’s a very charming studio with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This studio is equipped with various Pilates equipment and props which makes Pilates more fun and interesting.
I have been practicing Pilates (chair, reformer, tower, mat) in this studio since March - the instructors, specifically Jaspreet and Tori, are passionate and competent professionals. They are responsive to the needs of clients and incredibly patient in teaching Pilates routines.
Aside from that, what I also love about this studio is that their packages and rates are reasonably priced! I highly recommend Align Pilates for your Pilates practice!
Jaspreet is a great instructor, she really cares and takes into consideration the level of skills and body requirements. She pushes us to do our best. Truly appreciate her support and guidance to do the steps correctly and take the right body position. The studio is well equipped and at the perfect location.
