I've never slept on a more comfortable bed than the ones at this 25Hours Hotel, the bed was absolutely amazing and definitely the highlight of my stay. The hotel is beautiful and modern and I love the design of the hotel lobby too. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. The roof top bar is great and so is the pool, it faces directly at The Museum of the Future.

One of the best hotels I’ve ever been to! The unique designs and furnishings leave you speechless from the lobby to your room. And the bed was super comfortable and i woke up with no back or neck pain. Definitely a 5 stars hotel

Her dedication and professionalism were truly commendable. Furthermore, the hotel's manager, Ali, also left a lasting impression on me. His willingness to go the extra mile to address any concerns and ensure a seamless experience for guests was truly remarkable. Ali's helpful and approachable demeanor made me feel valued as a guest, and his commitment to providing exceptional service was evident in every interaction. The hotel itself was nothing short of fantastic. The cleanliness and attention to detail in maintaining the property were evident from the moment I stepped into the lobby. I had an amazing stay at this hotel with my family and friends! Everything from the service to the facilities was top-notch. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The room was perfect and clean. The on-site dining options were delicious, and the pool area was perfect for relaxing with the kids. Overall, a fantastic experience, and we give it a well-deserved 5 stars!

The design and style of this place are absolutely fantastic, uniquely fun, and exude a feel-good vibe. The view of the Museum of the Future is undeniably cool, and if you're looking for a break from Dubai's towering skyscrapers, this is the perfect eight-floor retreat. But that's where the positives end. Rarely have I encountered less helpful hotel employees. Everything felt needlessly complicated, and even simple requests couldn't be accommodated. I've been persistently requesting invoices for various charges that were incurred before my arrival, but the team has consistently refused to provide them prior to my check-out. As of now (2 days after checking out, 10 days after my initial request) I'm still waiting for these invoices. And that’s just an example.
